It’s been 6 months since my last post about my experience with one meal a day (omad).

Omad weight loss results 1 month. It doesn’t get better than that. I’m so much more productive. January goals and i gained back to 60.5kgs;

I think a lot of people would take a 5 lb weight loss in one week. Intermittent fasting to boost performance and weight loss is skyrocketing in popularity, as modern research uncovers the benefits behind this ancient health practice. I wake up at 4 am.

One week, i gained 5 lbs just because it was the week before my period and i ate a lot more on top of not following the warrior diet i had been on for 2 days. My omad diet results after 1 month and onward. But within one year, it really depends on how disciplined you are and whether or not you’re willing to sacrifice other areas of your life (temporarily).

But why does the flab melt away when you’re following the omad diet? So, most women are losing weight pretty fast on the omad diet. I was at the point where i was on omad 4 days a week and having 3 meals a day twice a week.

The results of omad as soon as i started the diet (around december 1) i began to shed weight. How many pounds can you lose in one month eating only one meal a day? Essentially, it’s an intermittent fasting schedule of 23:1 hour eating window.
